Why do people hate Boku no Pico?

I haven't watched it yet but many people hates it and I don't know why.
Can someone tell some informations about Boku no Pico and why do people hates it? Thanks in advance.   

First off, It's an anime that involves shotacon (little boys), one of them is a cross dresser and a young man. The main reason people(typically the guys) hate it because it is YAOI(Boys' Love).
I happen to know the story because one of my friend trolled me once about Boku no Pico but I never really finished it since I never even lasted the first 5 minutes of episode 1.

Now tell me how do you imagine that type of atmosphere when it is played in your screen?
But hey some girls found it cute and also some find it disgusting.
It all depends on your taste. But for a boy to enjoy Boku no Pico? then that is a different story.
I rest my case.
