Anime you didn't expect you'd enjoy?

Mine would be Love Live School Idol Project. I usually don't watch slice of life/non-action anime on the net (on TV is another matter-I have limited choices there so I usually take what they have )
Now I'm listening to the songs from the anime and eagerly awaiting the second season.

For me, It was White Album.

This series is not your typical Harem-ecchi/fanservice/comedy type of anime because the story has a bit more drama and slice of life style of harem into it.

White Album kept me watching until the 26th episode, but I'm still not entirely sure why.

From the span of 26 episodes it has been an emotional Roller coaster all through out the series. The story can be excellent/inferior depending upon how you perceive the story, though it might have started slow at first after the 13th episode(actually I was planning on dropping the anime after episode 13) then that's where the PACE changed.

I really didn't expect myself to be watching the whole 26 episodes of it but yeah! it kept me hanging all throughout.

I didn't expect to enjoy watching Shangri-la on AXN during its Animax hour.

Aside from the opening song is good and goose bumping, the story fits for what I am looking for. I'm watching Shangri-la because I think it will help me create my story project and it is very good to watch.

Too bad, I haven't got back from the province. So, no cable TV for me.

Ano Hana.

Well, i really don't like watching dramas but some of my friends suggested Ano Hana. I knew it was a drama but when i started to watch it i kinda liked.

Fate/Zero

When I first heard of this show, I was reluctant to give it a try. But one night while I was looking for an anime to watch, I found an image of Fate/Zero at my computer.
And don't ask me how I got it, i don't remember either   

And after that... I remember sitting at my computer until 4am watching Fate/Zero. It was just that epic, watching every episode gave me goosebumps   

What can I say?

Brothers Conflict.

Actually harem is not my thing and all I know about that anime is that the main protagonist will get her romantic scene in those 13 guys (not sure if it is 13). But heck I enjoyed watching it and later on, I find myself craving for more reverse harems. XD

Mine would be Steins;Gate because it has a sluggish part. But as you progress through the anime, you will be ENLIGHTENED about the happenings.

I didn't expect that I'll enjoy watching Sword Art Online [not the SAO II yet]. Sinisimulan ko pa lang panuorin, ehh... xD
